I can't think of enough good words for Jameel and Ramez as realtors! We recently closed a house in this pandemic using their services as seller's agent and we couldn't be happier with the team. Both of them are real professionals, friendly, reasonable and most importantly I felt very comfortable working with them at all times. Working with this team has been great. Their service and the packages they offer are top notch. I have no doubts about their ability to sell my home or get me the best prices. They look out for the customer first. I can say this because they chose to partner with the relocation company my wife and I are working with at a cost to themselves to become member of that network. When I asked if they were ok with encuring that cost, Ramez simply told me it's not about money, it's about people first. That should tell you everything about working with this team. On top of that, it's the little things that they do to go above and beyond that make all the difference. For example, the text group we have where I ask Ramez at 9pm who to call for a house repair while we get the house ready. Or when I ask Jameel about financing options on the weekend. The best part they will always respond within an hour if it's a reasonable time. But what really put them over the top is the box truck they have available to help you move, free of charge. In my mind there's no reason to go with anyone else. These two are top notch, treat people right, and know the meaning of customer service in a world where the service industry is in steep decline.
